Match drilling landing gear - alternate method?

Any tips or suggestions on match drilling the 7/16 hole in Van's steel gear?


Never mind - I jumped the gun again - had to read the manual, look at the plans, read the manual again to see what is going on here.

I drilled the legs in a drill press, and drilled the fuselage with a handheld corded drill (lots of torque). Worked well for me.
