Elevator rod ends

Everything is set up good on my elevators but I'm at the minimum, 6 turns, for the rod ends. The rod ends are MD 3614M. I don't like going with parts that reach the minimums so I want longer threads on these rod ends. Has anyone gone with longer thread rod ends and do you have the part number. I looked at the MD 3616M, but they seam to spec out slightly different. Thanks

Rich,
Did you try playing with some of the other rod ends to make up for the fewer turn engagement with the 36-14?

after looking at my options, I just decided to drill out the rivets on the leading edge, roll the edge in more, and re-rivet. This way I get the rod ends threaded in more, and more space between the aft horizontal spar and elevator. One thing about building a plane, your never bored.
