Default lp4-4 rv 12 longeron

hi all,
why are the last 7 aft rivets into the skin and longeron lp4-4 yet the rivet immediately forward of these 7 rivets has thicker material to go thru?

I agree that it looked very odd to me so I checked the grip length of the 3 vs 4. It was very marginal, probably because I prepainted the inside of the fuselage skins before assembly, which added a bit of extra thickness. Anyway, for peace of mind I went with LP4-4 all the way to the canopy deck for the triangular shaped baggage area turtle deck skins. Note that this is what I did and must not be taken as advice on what you should do.
