DYNON Transponser 261 and ADSB 472

Approach Fast Stack made my wiring harness.

Set Transponder to Serial Port #1. (per Approach Fast Stack instructions)
Set ADSB 472 to Serial Port #3. (per Approach Fast Stack instructions)
Screen says Xponder Fail and ADS-B no radar.
Plane outside of hangar.
See 3 pics below.

I flipped the Serial Ports and the message on the screen changes to:

Thank you,

Do you definitely have ADS-B coverage at your hangar?

ADS-B coverage should meet the current air traffic RADAR coverage/altitude for your area. (Although ADS-B coverage is often better)
ADS-B coverage on the ground is dependent on the proximity of an ADS-B transmitter/receiver.

Is the GPS set up and working properly? Both are dependent on GPS working. Also unless you have an ADSB ground station on your airport, it is not likely you will get data on the ground.

As others have said, you will need to be airborne to get radar to work.
To find all connected devices use the auto detect feature, go to setup, network setup, configure, and press the detect button (look at bottom row of buttons, right side). Dynon will show a list of all connected serial devices. If transponder is not listed it is either not powered up or you have a pinout issue.

Thank you for all the help. The problem was my fault as I overlooked a connector that acts as a jumper that plugs into the pro x hub.

Thank you again,
