Any suggestions for an alternaative to Proseal that I can get in a small quantities from Lowes or HD. Thanks

No such luck. Your best bet is a local builder with a little extra sitting on the shelf.

Don’t think you want anything at Lowe’s or HD, but depends on what you need proseal for. Others have used some 3m VHB tape for trailing edges if that is what you are looking for.

I've used sikaflex for weatherproofing joints here and there not exposed to heat or fuel.

Probably have better luck at a well stocked auto parts store, or marine supply.

Amazon does list several brands, but no idea whether they'd be compatible with existing tank sealant.

If you're just looking for 'glue', many urethane based adhesives work pretty well. 'Shoe Goo' is pretty amazing stuff.
