G2 on new float availability

Does anyone have any idea about how long this will take? Has Rotax given an estimate?

Sure would be nice if the new floats were available in the next 60 days.

My mechanic will be at Lockwood, Sebring FL, at the end of this month. He's going to try and get as much info as he can and if possible, bring back some new floats.

One of mine might be a candidate as I get a fuel smell after start and at shut down. There are a very few drips under the carb so we think it's the carb overflow.

At next oil change I'm going to suggest Roger's tips.

ROTEC and HKS use the Bing carburetor. Maybe they are an alternate supplier for the float.
