Anyone with a prop balancer east TX

I'm looking to balance my prop and learn a little too if there is time. Wondering if anyone or any EAA chapters have a balancer I could use or be shown how. Currently in Derrider LA but will be traveling to Arlington tx in a week so. Please let me know if anyone can help. Thanks
