Slider canopy - have builders been trimming the fuse side rails to get get access to the C-688 clip for the rollbar rear bolt? If so, how much trimming is allowable? Ref Drawing 42

time to add to your special tool collection

With a little work you can get the roll bar on and off without removing any material.
Try making a nut holder out of some AL sheet. It will take a few tries but you can make something that works out well. When your done hang on to it, it may come in handy for the nuts that hold the slider rail in place, there are a bunch of those. Without a clever holder that's a really long job.

Good Luck

I ended up using bent needle nose pliers and putting glue or any good sticky substance on to the nut to hold the washer(s). I held this "assembly" in place until the bolt captured the nut at which time I used bent wrenches. Some of them are easy to get but there are a few that are difficult. Be patient and it will work out. Good Luck! :)
