This applies to the GRT servos and maybe others with the harness connector adjacent to the spar flange.
Install the connector BEFORE installing the servo. Otherwise you'll have to remove the nicely-safetied servo just for that. The forward-most screw is visible and you can touch it but there's really no way to install it.
THe screwdriver is pointing to the aft screw. And that screwdriver is just the first thing I found that I could use as a pointer. The screw will take a #1 Phillips.
Oh, well, it's only an hour's job. For an RV-3B, that's nothing.
