RV-8A Inspection - Clara City, MN

Hi Everyone,

I was looking to purchase an 8A in Minnesota and went to look at it. I noticed that the rivet line on the middle bulkhead of the fuselage was raised. I also looked underneath the plane and noticed that just aft of the rivet line was dented in. This looks like an airframe issue but I am not sure. The plane had a hard landing in 2009 which caused the nosegear to collapse. Can someone recommend a Vans expert that could do an airframe inspection for me in Minnesota? Of course I would pay for expenses and the inspection.
