canopy gas strut

The flopover canopy gas strut on my RV-4 (s/n 674) is shot and needs to be replaced. Can anybody recommend a supply source for this part?

Eye-to-eye length dimension: extended 10-5/16?, compressed 7-1/4?

Numbers on body tube: RB8795014, 320 0 (no mfg name)

Canopy gas strut

Just purchased one for my build. Take your old one to your local NAPA auto parts store and they have a parts book with several pages of gas struts that are different lengths and PSI.

I just checked the invoice and could not tell from it. I believe it was a 25 PSI.

Got mine at NAPA. I went with the 25PSI one. It is approx 9 inches closed and 12 inches when extended. Ask the person behind the counter to look up the specs on them. That is what I did. If you want I can check my part number when I get home.
