Seat Belt Bracket to Seat Rib Clearance

Hi Folks,
I'm installing the seat belt brackets onto F-605 and having difficulty clearing the seat ribs.
The centre brackets are ok but the outer brackets foul the F616 seat rib, which I have already mounted, and it looks like the bracket mounting bolt will foul the F-605D flange.

Can anyone help with the location of the bracket and bolts.

I'm not sure where you are trying to mount the outer brackets, but here is a picture where they are supposed to mount. The bracket flange next to the rib is narrower than the outer bracket flange. That's probably where your issue is.

I missed the note on the drawing that said to narrow down the bracket flange for clearance. It's tight but fits ok.
