Some Russian showed up in Lansing!

This crazy Russian dude plopped into Lansing an hour ago looking for food and a place to stay. When he got out of the plane, he had a fur hat and a life jacket on. Im not sure what that means, but he sure had a bunch of stuff in his baggage area.

Too bad Omaha is a little out of his way -- I have a couple of excess steaks here that I'm not supposed to eat, someone's got to. I hear he's good for that kind of work.

I have worked from home for over 9 years now. I have no social life whatsoever. Once in a while I realize I haven't gone past the end of the driveway for several days. Since I can't fly now, I don't even get to hang around the airport. So, yeah, I'm OK with that possibility.

On his way north!

He was in and out like a flash. Right now he is heading across Lake Michigan at 10k. Believe it or not, he bought me breakfast!!! That may be a first. Have fun my friend!

Early to OSH

He was probably sneaking up to OSH early. Last time he waited til the last minute to get there, he had to bum a ride from MKE to OSH by (ugh)automobile, along with me and a couple of others. That's when I think I got to be among his first 100 friends here. Hope so anyway.
