8a nose gear install-where in manual?

I've been through all the drawings and manual. For some reason, I can't find anything about installing the nose gear other than the drawing "engine mount dwg 49" which shows that the top of the nose gear gets a AN5-20a bolt.

Is that it? No additional strength than that bolt, no reaming for close fit,etc?

There's gotta be more info on the nose gear leg install somewhere. (Please note that I am not talking about the front fork/ wheel install).

Yep!

It has been a long time, now that I looked or read the book on that bolt and I don't see a need to go back and dig the data up, but. Yes that's it on the nose and mail gear legs. Clean the bosses, inside and out, then add something like "L.P.S.-3" to coat it all and then install with the one bolt. The socket in the mount and the boss on the gear leg are sized to fit with the spacing needed. Hope this helps. Yours as always R.E.A. III #80888
