IIRC, Van's does not officially approve. However, I had no choice. On the right side, I needed to pass the A/C hoses, so the two additional holes are up to 1". I don't anticipate problems in ordinary flying and the bulkheads are easily to inspect, so I'll be looking for problems as I go along. I thought about some kind of doubler but, since I'm not a materials/structural engineer, I'm afraid I may cause more problems than I fix.
