I bought some flight proven tanks to speed up my wing build. I got to about 0.5 psi and the sender had a leak on the first one. So I'm pulling out the gasket and prosealing them in.
Question is do I spring the $60 for new senders while it's super easy to change them? They have 600 hours on them, and the manufacture date stamped on them is June 2002.
I put my multimeter on them and both tested ok. Do these things have a service life? What would you do, and what experience would push you to that decision?
