Charlie Wilson?

Hi All, I'm a neophyte to the world of Van's aircraft. That being said, I'm in pursuit of a completed aircraft. I heard the name of Charlie Wilson mentioned by a couple of owners/sellers (in a positive way). Can anyone enlighten me?
