Electrics wire firewall pass throughs

That is what I used, one for all the electrical located on pilots side in standard location. Second one I located in the middle of firewall up high for egt/ cht wires . Hope this helps. Pete

I haven't install them yet but I have purchase these for the pass through:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DN5R8ZO/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I see the part I bought is similar to rvanstory, what I liked about the ones I chose was the smooth transition from flange to tube.

I'll run fire sleeve inside and seal the same as with the ACS kit.

These are what I used also. No need to spend $60 for a pass through when a few dollars does the job.

Awsome!!!
thanks. seemed indeed a bit unreasonably pricey!!

so 3 3/4 inch? for redundancy? left/right/middle?

Not as elegant of a solution as you found on ACS, but here's what I'm using. Stainless steel sleeve and 3M fire barrier.

Yep, me three;)

I am running a totally electrical dependent engine-----EFI&I, so a lot more wires than normal. Also, dual alternators. I have used 3 of the pass throughs so far, and still need at least one more hole to run the backup alternator wiring. I plan to use one of these for the alternator wires. https://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/appages/firewallshields3.php?clickkey=98143

I installed 3 penetrations in my RV-10 fire wall. I used the FF-00001 fittings from Van's along with fire sleeve inside and outside and some hose clamps. Sealed the penetrations with rivets and proseal. Worked out well for me.
