N712BK Paint - Bob Kibby

Bob Kibby asked me to post his photos. A very nice paint scheme. Original via Rudi and the guys a bit to the east.

Attached are a couple of photos of a painted N712BK which I flew home
today. Thank you and your team again for letting me use your terrific
paint scheme as a basis for my paint job. Grady at "GLO Custom Aircraft"
really did an amazing job of copying your scheme with some amazing
tweak's. My 90 year old favorite "Uncle", retired Continental Airlines
Chief Pilot, came up with the "spiral" on the spinner. Not sure if that
shows up on these photos but I have a friend who is a professional
photographer which will take some real photos in the next few weeks.
I'll send you those photos later.

Quite a beautiful improvement Bob since its bare look when I visited you earlier this year. Looking Good! The big jet engine swirl in the spinner is a cute touch as well.

Obviously, I think your paint job is spectacular! Be safe and enjoy your beautifully painted RV-12.

If Van's Aircraft ever offers the RV-12 as a finished aircraft from the factory, IMHO, they would do well to use this paint scheme and variations thereof as a choice for buyers.
