Control Stick Wiring-Page 31-11

Just reading ahead. Looks like it would be better to perform Step 4 on Page 32-05 (filing the ends of the tube on the control stick so it is shorter than the bushing) before running the PTT wire and switch in the control stick per Steps 1-4 on Page 31-11.

I also had to ream out the bearing so that the bolt would go through.
 
Drill later

Several steps later, it instructs you to drill to 1/4". Not sure why they have the instructions as they are.
