Removing glue

In preparation for paint (finally after +2 years of flying) I have removed my non-skid wing walk material. I'm now left with a VERY stickly area where it used to be. Fuel, MEC, Coleman lantern fuel, etc will not get it off. Any ideas?

3M makes an adhesive remover than really works good. Any good automotive paint store has it. It gets stuff off the others can't touch.

Glue remover

"Break Clean", the red can not the green, at your local autoparts store. Works when stuff like Goof off doesn't. Spray it on your rag first then wipe, don't spray directly on the paint, It doesn't remove good paint.
