FI IO-320 and right fuel pressure

Hallo. I am close to my first flight and would like to configure my EMS.
I was reading Lycoming IO-320 operating manual and noticed that it indicates two different values for fuel pressure: pressure at fuel pump inlet and at fuel injector. Which one shall we consider, the first one? If so, it gives a minimum of -2 PSI and a maximum of 35 PSI. In measured at the f.i., PSIs range will be 14-45.
Thanks.

Anywhere downstream of the engine-driven pump, and set the limits at the suggested 14-45 psi.

Pressure below 14 is reason to turn on the boost pump and find a runway. Pressure above 45 is sender problem.
