I think I found the answer to my question. It looks like you can only buy drive-in camping passes in advance. Since General Parking is $10 a day and Aircraft camping is $27 / day, I'm fairly certain they won't consider an airplane a "vehicle".

That is unless you land your Terrafuga and drive over to General Parking.

Camping in HBC is $27/night, 3 night minimum. You get charged for the whole week (or what remains of the week if you arrive after Monday) at registration and refunded for the nights you don't stay when you leave (minus the minimum).

Just tried to buy my tickets and looks like the code no longer works. A day late, dollar short - well, in this case, a few hours late and $62 short :-)
