Default Jackpoints update

We are sold out of the "round gear" Jackpoints right now, still have plenty of RV8 , and 10 kits in stock, I will be bringing a bunch to OSH.
Few updates, I'll tell ya , working with RV owners/ builders as we grow has been great, I really have appreciated all the input and it has been a learning curve.

Rv10
If you are using the new upgraded Matco brake calipers on your RV 10 our Jackpoint kit will not fit, we did prototype a version like we use for the Orther RVs with round mains but for the 10 it needs a larger set up that doesn't really cost out well, up side would be if we did the new style they would fit all types of wheelpants and brakes.

RV8
I'm sure most RV 8 owners have read my previous post regarding wheel pant clearance and the changes we made moving the mount up to the top axel mount bolts has made a marked difference in gaining clearance with the wheel pants but it still isn't enough for some. We couldn't do much more except for some light shaving on the mount so it's not as intrusive. Still some fit fine, it's all about how you mount your wheel pants and if your bending the bracket.
We made the mod to raise the Jackpoint mount to the top bolts but have decided to just add the extra holes in the center of the mount giving you the option to mount it high on the axel bolts or standard where you pick up all 4 mount bolts. Both are just as strong.
I will have a bunch of these kits at OSH for a cash special of $120

Round gear ( RV3,4,6,6A,7,7A,8A,9,9A)
We are currently sold out, it'll be 8 weeks before we get the next batch.
If your using the new Beringer brakes you'll need to make a little mod. You'll be removing the two aft mount lugs on the Jackpoint mount to clear the caliper and moving the "dog bone" spacer to the front two mount holes. We have load tested it and it all works fine, email me for some pics. Thanks to RV 7 builder Jeff R. for all the help.
See ya all at OSH,

Will your RV-10 jackpoints work with Beringer brakes?

Default Jackpoints

I put a set of Jackpoints on the pressure recovery wheel pants of my RV-4 and they fit just fine with no modifications

Will you have a booth at OSH? How might I find you there... look for wintermotorsports.com? Also, does it matter if I'm using Grove airfoil gear legs on my RV-8?

Donnie - I'd be willing to pay more for -10 Jackpoints that work on the Matco brakes. I have the current -10 Jackpoints that are a no go with Matco, that I need to get back to you. I'm the guy that helped determine that the current kit won't fit.

Let me know.

Default Jackpoints at OSH

I won't be at a booth, just bringing a handful since I'm going to be there .
