Default Flap motor

Quick question for the assembled
Page 41-08 “Ensure the flap motor is fully retracted”
But it isn’t.
How do I accomplish this without power?

Thanks in advance

I used a 9v battery. That’s all I had at the time.

Could also pop the hood on your car. Nice 12 V battery in there.

Boring video of flap motor going stop-to-stop in one direction can be found near the bottom of this page.
