Default RV-14 for "Tall People" issue

There is an couple notable observations surfacing with the pedal control bar if you have it in the most forward position. The forward bar's master cylinder attach tab will hit the aft bar (or the Beringer master cylinder eye-bolts if you are using them like me) before the rudder hits its stops.

You will either need to move the control bar aft a notch or fabricate longer cable linkage pieces. Note that linkage is STEEL and NOT aluminum. Not an engineer, but I don't think an aluminum replacement part here would be wise.

Emarit had a handful of steel linkages made with two additional holes, he's out of them now, but this is a good read:

It's rare, but every now and then there is an advantage to being a short s***.

I always get confused when referencing fore/aft because sometimes people use the terms relative to the pilot seating position and others the ends of the plane. So, my rudder pedals are positioned closest to the firewall and had the interference issue I installed a set of Es longer linkages and needed two holes to avoid interference but they corrected the problem beautifully. Thanks E!
