F-01491 to bulkhead rivets page 30-04

On page 30-04 the plans show that the 470-3.5 rivets for attaching F01491-L to the bulkhead will be riveted later but I can't find where that is done before painting with the floor panels in. Can someone shed some light on this?

Missing rivets

If you have got to the end of section 30, go ahead and put them in. I think I called Vans about these...it's been a while. I know they were in before I painted the interior.

i think they have you leave those rivets out so you can flex the 1491 angle up to install the baggage sides on page 32-08. i think they just forgot to tell u to install them on page 32-08.
