Flex line transition from legs to wheels

Has anyone used the flex lines Vans provides for the pedals to under panel fitting for a flex transition from the gear legs to the calipers? Part number is F-8105.

I used braided flex lines all the way from the elbow fitting at the top of the gear leg down to the brake caliper. I had my local Parker hose shop fabricate them.

I recently did the same thing for the tune of $60 total.
