Anyone familiar with this HRII? In particular, who was the builder. I already know the basics as to when it was built and who now owns the airplane.

TC has limited details

Transport Canada records show the builder as Brian McMullen, also of Ontario....roughly 2000, sold in 2005 to current owner.
not much help, but perhaps he's still active in the RV world????

I am hangared beside it and have flown with the current owner. Lots of performance at least what compared to what I'm used to. Can I ask your interest in this plane.?

A good friend of mine is a friend of the owner and may consider buying the plane if the owner decides to part with it.

As far as I know it is not for sale right now. He did have it for sale for a short time a little bit ago.
