Proseal question

I have a new welded aluminum tank that has a leak coming
from one of the seams in the weld bead.
It's very small, about one drop every 3 hours.
I know very little about Proseal, can it applied on the
outside of the tank, anything better?

Yes it can. Do a good job of cleaning the gasoline residue off and seal over the area. Should work fine.

Is there anyway to apply it to the inside? Can you get at the area that is leaking?
