F-706 Bulkhead Fluting?

I've been looking at my F-706 bulkhead, three pieces of warped, rugged looking "0 too thin" and I can not decide if these pieces are supposed to be fluted and/or if fluting will somehow bring them into shape.

Any advise would be appreciated from those who have been there, done that.

Steven,
Please don't worry about trying to make the web of the bulkhead lay flat. Just use a hand seamer to bend the flanges out a little to try to match the angle of the skin. The webs will straighten out as you fasten everything together. Take it from one who tried to flute the web. One corner of mine looks like c*** now, but it gets mostly covered up by the baggage wall.

I did the same thing... tried to straighten out the ugly warped bulkhead. Didn't work, but when they were riveted it place they really took a nice shape. I flattened out the flutes and the baggage back wall skin covered everything up anyways.
