Dumb question:FI Mixture Cable

converting my fadec to FI. The plane was originally carb and I received the old parts when the plane was converted to fadec.

In the box-o-parts, there was a mixture cable but it has a wire end.

Can I use that for the fuel injection servo (Bendix) or do I need one with the thread?

I assume I need one with a thread but I wanted to check with the group.

I think you want the threaded one so you can attach a rod end bearing (Van's part # CT Bearing MW-3M) which then gets bolted to the mixture control arm.

Agree. Been there done that in my Fadec conversion
