I'm building the canopy frame(roll bar) and can't seem to get the pulled cs4 rivets to sit flush without countersinking a large amount. I'm using the correct 120 degree countersink. To get it to be flush the countersink looks way too big. Is it OK for those rivets to not be flush in that area or is it alright to have the dimple a little larger for those? Not sure if you can tell in this pic but even though this dimple is slightly big, the rivet still is not flush. This is a test piece by the way.
