Thanks for NOTHING Bendix support

The LED display on my Bendix/King is not readable when it is cold. I e-mailed their tech support who told me there is nothing they can do and I have to buy a new radio. After 30 seconds of searching You Tube I found that it was likely a loose connection on the pin strip. I took off the front cover, and there are 5 tension screws meant for tightening this connection. The fix was literally 4 minutes, and the radio was designed for this adjustment. I would like to meet the guy who told me I need to buy a new $3,000 radio...

I have a similar problem with my KY97A. Which model of radio was causing the problem for you and can you post the link to the video (I searched for it on Youtube but can't seem to find anything helpful). Thanks.
