RPM Limits

Does anyone have info on any pertinent RPM limitations on the engine (IO540) and Prop (Hartzell 2 blade) combination we commonly have in the RV10?
 
How does that change if the IO-540 is a -C4B5 version?

Since it's not mentioned on the Hartzell site does that make it a non-approved engine/prop combination and thus 40 hrs in Phase I?
