Default Dynon adhrs is loose in mount

Guys,

When I insert the adhrs in the mount, it does not have contact with the fluted side pieces and can move a little up and down. I can think of several ways to fix this but wanted to hear if others have encountered this and what has worked.

Thanks,

Dennis

Ok, ok, ok, ... is the suspense killing you?

I made a plate same size as the base of the adhrs out of .040 aluminum sheet. I slip it under the adhrs while slipping into the mount and it fills up the gap.

Wish I tested this fit before skinning the wing.

Woulda, coulda, shoulda...
