TR004 (404) Bulkhead to Spar clearance

Bulkhead halves are essentially done. Will be assembling them together very soon. I've gotten a lot of help and advice from Vince at TR but would like to hear what others have done. I have the Phlogo spar. I believe they sand or plane the parts versus deburring holes. There are witness marks to such and my spar width bumps around closer to 1.2" versus the 1.25" per drawing. For anyone else who's experienced this, what clearance did you use spar to bulkhead fit-up? Thanks in advance
