RV-12 Annual Inspection Checklist

I working up my 2019 annual condition inspection, and find that I have two different forms from prior years. I assume they came from different parts of my RV-12 materials.

One, from 2015 (Rev 2) is titled Inspection Checklist and starts by spaces for Airframe S/N, etc. bottom identifies 18-3to19.

The second is from 2018 ( Rev 7) pages 18-3to 19 and it is titled Service schedule Checklist. It starts right down items for inspection.

Are these two the same, only different revisions? Mark

They aren't the same.
The one is for things that should be serviced periodically (lubricated, greased, etc.) and the other is an inspection check list.
The latest versions of each are in the RV-12 Maint. Manual
