Rounded Roll Bar
Don't think there is a pre-made one available. I made mine out of pre-curved exhaust tubing that just happens to be the same thickness as Van's.
I bought it from Magnumforce Race Car Fabrication in Campbell, CA.
They sell it as 18 guage, UBEND and the pipe diameter is 2-1/2".
Can't remember the radius, but they have it in 1/2" variations.
Simply match up the curve with the stock rollbar, cut, weld and grind smooth.

There is a fairly significant strength difference between the 4130 (chrome-moly) used in the standard roll-bar and mild steel exhaust tubing. There are folks around that can mandrel-bend 4130 to your specs and you can also sand-bend it yourself (although I have never been satisfied with my own results; it's pretty crafty to do it well).
