TFR: Dynon ADS-B IN vs Foreflight

Yesterday I was flying a friend northbound along the Hudson river corridor in NY (typical sight seeing run...) and noticed that the TFR around Trump tower showed up differently on ADS-B IN and Foreflight. In Foreflight it seems the TFR protrudes into the Hudson river corridor over the river a bit. On ADS-B it looked like the TFR stops before the rivers edge. Now I know that's not a lot of difference but the Hudson river corridor is not that wide. I ended up flying mid river to stay clear in either case but that's squeezing it pretty tight if there is a lot of southbound traffic.

So how do I figure out where the TFR really ends without trying ... . I am sure that TFR will stay for at least the next 4 years. Also why are they different?

Oliver,
Foreflight likely got the TFR data over the internet (WiFi or Cellular) while SkyView got it from ADS-B.

These come from different places. Last I heard, ADS-B uplinked TFR's still required a human to convert them from the published FAA format to the format ADS-B uses. Mistakes do happen.

Here's the actual TFR language. You'd probably need to read it to see which one you think is right. The TFR is so small (1NM radius) that it's hard to see on the FAA site. I note that SkyVector shows it staying on land:
