Belly skin

I know in past it has been noted that a fuel bulkhead fastner should be placed before placing belly skin on fuselodge..I don't see where that fitting is or the need to do so...as there are lot's of inspection holes around the fittings..please let me know as I'm about to put belly skin on..thanks Dick

The fitting you're looking for is in the fuel return line at the F-1204D bulkhead. See section 28-06, step 1 and detail figure 1. It's much easier to install and get it clocked correctly without the belly skin on.
Hope this helps.

Install fitting prior to skinning

Another vote for installing the fitting you are referring to prior to skinning. You will be glad you did.

I left my cockpit area side skins clecoed until the everything was done. That way I could get access. I seem to recall one post on a guy who put his fuselage on a rotisserie. That would be useful when working on the items under the avionics bay.
