My experience is that an assistant at the wing tip to lift and wiggle the wing is definitely needed, the clearance on these bolts is so small that ANY misalignment will cause the bolts to bind. You'll need one set of hands in the cockpit pushing on the bolts and another on the wingtip wiggling up/down and fore/aft to get the bolts to slip in. The bullet bolts you have in there are not close-enough on tolerance to get the others to line up exactly, they are for gross location only.
Do NOT ream the holes.
