Wing rear spar bolt

Does anyone know why the plans (page38) call for a castel nut and cotter pin to attach the rear spare to the fuesalage. Seems to me a locknut like the main spar attach bolts would be easier, quicker, and allow more accurate torque.

My uneducated guess would be that since there is only the one bolt at this very critical location, a castellated nut is even more secure than a normal locknut.

The aft spar attach is subject to twisting/rotation movement hence the castellated nut/cotter pin callout.

Thanks for the quick replies. I thought that was a solid mount . Didn't realize that it could have miniscule rotational movement!
