ACK E-04 has a remote panel that is the same size.

Hmmmm.....not according to ACK and Ameriking:

ACK vs Ameriking

1.5" X .625" Case Dims 1.58" X .650"

1.75" X .50" Mnt Hole Ctrs 1.825 X .490"

Close, but no cigar. While I could "weasel" the holes vertically and make it work, the horizontal hole dims of 1.75 vs 1.825 would be messy I'm afraid. I'm open to personal knowledge of someone who has replaced an Ameriking remote with an ACK. My Ameriking remote is mounted from behind the panel.
