Default RV8a history

I found , offered (conditionally), but yet to have paid for N56MS, a RV8a certified in 2001. The plane has been available for some time. Without saying more, does any member have knowledge of this plane? Thank you

Offering nothing to this thread....I've been watching that plane, too, but decided to go with a 6/7. Good luck on the purchase!

Did either of you gents see this plane in person? I talked to the owners, am waiting for logbook entries by email, and a considering making the 10 hour drive to Alamosa on Friday. If its a solid build and engine/propellor don't suffer from lack of use, I might buy it with a plan for a complete updated panel fot it. Insights or comments welcome, PM if you like. Thanks for considering.
