Default Tucson O2 service options

Anyone in the Tucson area have a lead on oxy bottle refills? One place better, faster, cheaper etc for filling a small bottle.

Million Air at KTUS filled my small bottle a couple of years ago. I think they charged $50+facility fee (since I didn't buy any gas).
