Default CHT's with Carb Heat

Went on a Spotted Cow run tonight - this is how the CHTs balance out with a bit of carb heat:

I just bought an RV9A. Nowhere near those numbers. Is your prop constant speed? Iím just getting the aircraft disabled in.
