Getting ready to install electric trim from manual in my 6 the cable now is pretty strong with the usual 1/4 play.I ordered the RAy Allen kit from Vans and was wondering if people with RA trim kit thought the all thread rod was strong enough or make a new one . The reason for change is auto trim on auto pilot.Any install tips is appreciated.

I've never had any problem with the stock trim rod, nor have I heard of anyone else needing to replace this part.
