Trying - make that planning - to attach the rudder to the VS. When I built my RV-8 a diagram indicated the distances out from the rudder spar to wind the 3 Heim fittings that are bolted to the lugs on the VS to provide the hinges. I can?t see anything on the plans for the -4. Also -how much to trim the rear part of the CS skin where it overlaps the front of the rudder. Could someone please point me in the right directions, or even better, does someone know the answers?
