HS-902/903 Spars Bowed

This is my first post, so forgive me if this subject has been addressed before, but I cannot find it. Received my empannage kit last week and finished he inventory a couple days ago. Good news, only one screw was missing. And they mailed me a new one in two days. The one thing I'm curious about is the condition of the four HS-902 front and HS-903 rear spar parts. All four have a very slight bow to them. The packaging had absolutely no damage whatsoever and all the long/thin parts were securely bundled together. Any advice? Is this normal, or should I contact Vans?

It's normal to have the slight bow. Mine was the same so I called Vans and they said build on.

They will have lesser bow after you deburr. Keep building when you cleco the assembly all together it will be nice and straight. Welcome to the best hobby on Earth!
